As I mentioned earlier, the mbManagerGraph project should be removed from your workspace as it no longer used.

Hopefully that will clear up the compile issues. If there are still errors in the "Problems" tab, please post them here.

Sorry, I was checking my list of projects against the one online in y'all's Eclipse set up and saw I didn't have that project checked out so I checked that out. I have deleted it now, but the viewer workspace still seems to be freezing up.

I have run a clean on the projects and I received the message : "Ant build failed: mbGraphViewerPlugins\build.xml:7: The following error occurred wil exectuting this line:
mbGraphViewerPlugins\build.xml:44:Problem creating jar:
mbGraphViewerPlugins\plugins\net.nbirn.mbat.plugin s.graph.LinearTreeViewer\classes\resources\LinearT reeViewerHelp.jar (The system cannot find the path specified)(and the archive is probably corrupt but I could not delete it)"

Hi Alicia -

It sounds like one of the mbGraphViewer plugins may not be initializing correctly. Can you verify this by checking the console output in Eclipse for any errors or run time exceptions?

Hi Daren.

I am getting an "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no jogl in java.library.path" error at run time for mbViewer's Main.java.

Ah that explains everything. You will need to setup JOGL for Eclipse. Please find instructions in the Eclipse Setup section of the wiki.
