Orientation Information
 I am running Brainsuite 11a for Windows on a Mac OS X 10.6.8. Whenever I open a skullstripped.img file, the orientation information fails to load, i.e. shows up as green boxes. I have re-downloaded Brainsuite and Wine, and I have gotten clean skullstripped.img files from the website and from the LPBA-100 project folder on SVN client. Is there a way to fix this bug?

It looks like you may not have the right fonts installed for the program, which is why there are also the squares at the top of the display. I'm not really sure how to fix this for your specific configuration, but you might try making sure you have a system font that displays ANSI or English characters.
